One of the two founding Partners of Standon Lawyers, admitted to practice in 2000, Chris practices generally in all areas of corporate and commercial law for which he has a substantial following of loyal clients who put their faith in his hands.

He acts for numerous business owners, residential property developers, landlords and tenants and advises on the various legal complexities his client's encounter.

He has negotiated complex agreements and settled transactions for large residential and commercial developments both within mainland Australia and across the Tasman Sea.

His fluency in the Greek language has brought him into contact with older generation Greek-speaking clients from around Australia and clients from Greece who have a nexus with Australia.

A dry sense of humour coupled with an unnerving ability to maintain a poker face gives Chris the ability of unpredictability - to confuse and throw off his opponents in disputes of all kinds.

He is a dedicated husband and father and a ‘not so dedicated’ cyclist and surfer enjoying the freedom the open road and the ocean provide when the opportunity arises.
